With sweeping views of the New York skyline and Ellis Island, our client’s new office design created a dynamic, yet sophisticated environment for its employees. The 95,000 square foot design features a soft and yet playful palette used as a wayfinding tool for workplace neighborhoods. Special amenities spaces include nuclear and satellite pantries, alternative work and quiet spaces, and a conference floor that features a separate reception space, flexible conference space, and open work lounges.

Throughout the design process, my responsibilities included test fitting, schematic 3D renderings using SketchUp, 3DS Max and Vray Rendering, finish selection and specification, furniture selection and specification, custom furniture design and specification, and construction drawings (floor plan, finish plan, reflected-ceiling plan, furniture plan, and elevation drawings).
